How much will iCapture cost me?

There are 3 factors in the overall price:

  • The Features (ie. Which plan?)
  • # of Devices
  • How long you need iCapture?

(ie. Single Event vs. Annual)

What do I get in the Free Trial?

The Free Trial is a fully functioning account with a download limit of 10 captures.

The Free Trial allows you to:

  • Setup any type of Questions
  • Customize your Design
  • Setup and Test any Email / CRM Integration
  • Send Auto-Reply Emails
  • Install to multiple Tablets and Phones
  • View and Export the Captured Data (first 10 captures)
  • and much more.

Are there plans for a Single Event?

Is there a Guarantee?

Absolutely! If you purchase a plan and have a technical glitch that prevents you from capturing data, we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase. The guarantee applies to the first 30 days on all annual plans.

Our Free Trial allows you to fully try and test our software to ensure it works before you commit to a purchase.

Are there plans for just a Single Device?

Yes! You can get a single device for the BASIC ANNUAL – or – PRO ANNUAL Plan.

Can I add devices to my account for a Single Month?

Yes! You can add devices at any time.
If you purchase an Annual Plan, you can add devices for a single month (at a discounted monthly rate) or add devices for the full year.

Should I purchase a Month-to-Month Plan or Annual Plan?

Our Monthly plans are designed for customers who have one or two events per year.
Annual plans are best for customers whose capture needs span throughout the year. As a general rule, once you’ve purchased our Monthly Plan 2 times you’ve exceeded the cost for the annual plan (depending on the number of devices needed).

Can I change from a Monthly plan to an Annual Plan?

Can you send me an invoice? Can you bill me?

We offer invoicing options for the following:

  • Annual Plans exceeding $1,000.00 US.
  • Enterprise Monthly Plans exceeding $500 per month US.
