HOW MUCH DOES ICAPTURE COST?
We have a number of plans available depending on your business needs, how many devices, which integrations, etc.

DO I NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
No internet required ☺
You can capture data on your tablet or phone with or without an internet connection.
If you have an internet connection, your data will be uploaded in real-time.
If you do not have an internet connection, your data is stored on your device until an internet connection is re-established.
WHAT KINDS OF DEVICES DOES ICAPTURE WORK ON?
iCapture works on most popular smartphones and tablets.

SHOULD I USE MY PHONE OR TABLET TO CAPTURE DATA?
Both tablets and smartphones work great with iCapture.
• Tablets are more customizable, flexible and easier to use.
• Smartphones are convenient, quick and always at hand.

WILL ICAPTURE INTEGRATE WITH MY CRM?
iCapture integrates seamlessly with most major CRMs and marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, Sales Force, HubSpot, Eloqua and Microsoft Dynamics just to name a few.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A CRM? CAN I JUST EXPORT TO A FILE?
Yes. You can easily export your data to most file formats, including handy Excel spreadsheets.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY DATA?
Log in to the iCapture Back Office to access data reports.
Your data is available in a spreadsheet and in graphical reports and you can also send it to your CRM once you have used the easy integration setup in the iCapture Back Office.
WHO OWNS MY CAPTURED DATA?
YOU DO! iCapture collects, stores and transmits captured data for you. We NEVER use, sell or even access your captured data. Never.
How much will iCapture cost me?
There are 3 factors in the overall price:
- The Features (ie. Which plan?)
- # of Tablets and Phones
- How many integrations? (ie. CRM and/or Marketing Automation)
Are there plans for a Single Event?
Yes! Please click on the Single Event / Month-to-Month plans tab above.
Can I change plans?
Yes! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request or call our sales team at 1 (208) 375-0187.
Can I add more devices to my account at a later time?
Yes! You can add more devices at any time.
Can I add devices for a Single Month?
Yes! You can add devices at any time.
If you purchase an Annual Plan, you can add devices for a single month (at a discounted monthly rate).
WHAT IS A “QUESTIONNAIRE”?
You define what information you want to capture. The set of questions you pick becomes a “Questionnaire”. You can pick from over 15 pre-defined question types (Name, Email, Zip, Phone, etc.) or pick a generic question type (text field, text box, number, etc.).
CAN I GET MY LOGO ON THE SCREEN?
Absolutely! In our Design Center you can upload logos and photos in order to create a fully customized, branded to your business “Theme”.

WHAT IS AN INSTALL CODE?
The Install Code is the magic “code” that lets you load your questionnaire to your tablet or phone (where data capture takes place). Each Questionnaire will have its own unique Install Code. You can learn more about Install Codes here.
WHAT IS SKIP LOGIC?
Skip Logic is an advanced “Drill Down” technique that allows you to ask different questions based upon answers to a previous multiple-choice question. You can learn more about Skip Logic here.
